By accessing or using the Go Green Electric Lawn Care website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Go Green Electric Lawn Care.

Services Description

Go Green Electric Lawn Care provides residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services in Rockwall, Rowlett, Heath, Garland, and the surrounding communities in North Texas. Our services include but are not limited to lawn mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, landscape maintenance, fertilization, weed control, irrigation services, and seasonal lawn care. All services are performed using 100% electric equipment.

Service Agreements and Plans

When you sign up for a lawn care plan or request services from Go Green Electric Lawn Care:

• Plan Selection: You agree to the terms, pricing, and service frequency associated with your selected plan (Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Estate).
• Payment Terms: A card or bank account is required to be on file. ACH payments are preferred with minimal processing fees. Credit cards are accepted with a processing fee. Zelle is also accepted.
• Billing: Recurring services are billed according to the billing cycle of your selected plan. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method on file is current and valid.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your service plan at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
• Service Scheduling: Service dates may vary due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain your regular service schedule.

Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before any services begin.

Property Access and Conditions

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property requiring service.
• Ensure pets are secured during scheduled service visits.
• Remove or identify any obstacles, hazards, or items of value from service areas prior to our arrival.
• Inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other features that could be affected by lawn care activities.

Go Green Electric Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed property features, including but not limited to sprinkler heads, underground wiring, or garden ornaments left in service areas.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Green Electric Lawn Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website or servers.

Weather and Force Majeure

Go Green Electric Lawn Care is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
